STEF, a major European leader in food logistics and transportation, is looking to hire a Traffic Operator for its Getafe branch. Responsibilities: * Manage national and/or local routes, monitoring assigned internal and external transport means according to activity volumes. * Optimize space utilization along routes and in route scheduling. * Comply with service quality standards and customer-specific requirements regarding packaging and transportation. * Manage transportation IT tools to ensure accurate reporting of information. Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in transportation, preferably in a traffic department or similar role. * Proficiency in computer applications. * Ability to work with a certain degree of autonomy and self-responsibility. * Strong communication skills are essential.
