Job Mission: The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and excellence-oriented operation, supervising its execution under clear guidelines and making a decisive contribution to achieving the center’s objectives, those of our aerospace sector client, and DHL’s strategy. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate the team of coordinators within their scope of responsibility, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. * Plan and manage the necessary resources to ensure optimal team sizing according to demand volumes. * Supervise operational performance and resource utilization, ensuring compliance with internal KPIs and those agreed upon with clients—particularly regarding productivity, quality, and operational safety. * Act as the key point of contact with clients, providing accurate and timely information on daily activities and the operational status. * Monitor the assigned budget, ensuring efficient and responsible use of resources. * Manage team performance, motivation, and professional development under their responsibility, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. * Support the development and implementation of projects aimed at optimizing and improving operational efficiency. * Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions when deviations are identified, ensuring service stability and reliability. * Lead internal communication initiatives and foster engagement among the supervised team. * Ensure strict compliance with the safety and health processes and procedures established by the Company’s Operational Excellence department. Required Profile * Proven experience in managing and executing strategic projects. * Minimum three years of experience leading operational teams in multinational environments, preferably industrial or aerospace. * Medium/Higher education qualification is desirable. * Specific training in Supply Chain is desirable. * Strong communication, influence, and impact skills, as well as analytical and organizational abilities. * English proficiency level C1\.
