Our daily operations involve a variety of essential tasks to ensure supply chain efficiency. You will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, receiving and meticulously registering packages using computer systems, and performing quality checks. Your role in sorting packages by size and destination, along with managing goods in automated systems such as the Sorter, will be critical to operational flow. Additionally, you will actively participate in incident resolution, pallet transportation and sorting, and operation of scanners and user-level IT tools. Managing vehicle traffic and truck arrivals with materials, coordinating outbound docks, and manually unloading trucks using hand pallet trucks complete the profile of this essential role within our operations. Applicants must be of legal working age and hold valid work and residence permits. The ability to read and understand instructions in Spanish is essential. We seek candidates with a positive work attitude, willingness to collaborate, and flexibility to adapt to our client’s requirements—including readiness to work rotating shifts. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to standard operating procedures is essential. Learning ability, concentration, and the capacity to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts are valued. Good vision and the ability to lift weights up to 22 Kgs, as well as strong spatial orientation, are required.
