Incident management and use of logistics IT tools We are seeking a professional to manage logistics operations in Huerta, Salamanca. The person will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing daily operations, planning and managing transportation to optimize routes, loads, and timing. Cost control will be essential, always aiming for maximum efficiency and profitability in each operation, as well as anticipating needs to prevent incidents and improve overall planning. Responsibilities will include simultaneous coordination with drivers, farmers, and industrial customers, managing incidents promptly and effectively. Administrative management of operations will also be required, including documentation, record-keeping, and process tracking, along with the use of logistics management IT tools. Identifying continuous process improvements and optimizing resources will be key aspects. We seek a candidate with analytical capability, business vision, and experience in logistics or traffic management. It is important to possess strong planning and anticipation skills in dynamic environments, proficiency in logistics management IT tools, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure, make operational decisions, and maintain an organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven attitude will be highly valued. A permanent contract is offered, with direct incorporation into the company. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, on rotating 8-hour shifts between 08:00 and 18:00\. This position has a direct impact on the business’s efficiency and profitability.
