It is essential that you are comfortable organizing multiple distribution centers simultaneously. The primary mission will be to supervise all transportation and logistics operations for agricultural machinery distribution centers nationwide. This involves planning, coordinating, and optimizing each process to ensure an efficient flow of materials and products, delivering high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include managing vehicle movement—both new and used—between distribution centers and customers. You will also organize the collection and transfer of defective units, manage logistics for the rental fleet, and coordinate the shipment and redistribution of spare parts. You will collaborate closely with both external and internal transportation providers and utilize management tools for activity tracking, as well as reporting on costs and service quality.
