We are looking for a person to join the logistics operations team in Silla. Main responsibilities include preparing shipping orders, planning routes, and conducting detailed transport tracking to ensure timely and accurate dispatches. Stock levels will also be monitored to ensure adequacy, thereby contributing to improved organization and minimizing potential delays. Collaboration with other departments—such as customer service, credit, and accounting—will be essential. Customer-related incidents will be managed, always seeking optimal solutions. In addition, smooth communication with carriers will be maintained, coordinating their scheduling and ensuring clear communication. Preparing the traffic plan—aligning production requirements with vehicle arrivals for loading and unloading—will be another key responsibility. This position offers a temporary contract covering vacation periods, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week on a central shift. Prior experience in similar roles and basic Office skills will be valued. A personal vehicle is required for commuting to Silla. Previous experience as a logistics operator.
