To ensure each of our products reaches its destination with maximum efficiency, we are looking for a **Logistics Management Specialist** to join our **Product Development – Supply Chain Management** department at **Gobik Studio (Yecla)**. You will coordinate the organization’s transportation flows, striking the perfect balance between cost and service quality, and prepare key reports to optimize our logistics strategy. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily **management and monitoring** of company shipments. * **Agile resolution** of transportation-related incidents. * **Processing of international documentation** for export shipments. * **Preparation of reports** and analysis of KPIs (volume, costs, incident rates). * **Updating databases** to maintain real-time visibility into logistics operations. * **Constant interdepartmental collaboration** with Commercial Management, Shipping, Marketing, and Executive Management. **What Are We Looking For?** **Education and Experience:** * High School Diploma in Science and Technology or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Transportation and/or International Trade. * Prior experience in similar roles (highly valued). * Additional courses related to the logistics sector (valued). **Languages and Tools:** * **English:** Intermediate level (ability to read and write fluently). * **Excel:** Intermediate level (proficiency with Microsoft Office suite). * **SAP:** Prior experience with this software will be considered a strong asset. **Key Competencies:** * An **analytical profile**, with affinity for mathematics. * **Attention to detail**, process optimization, and continuous improvement. * **Problem-solving ability** when facing unexpected events and logistical challenges. * **Excellent communication skills**, both written and over the phone. * **Teamwork ability** and horizontal collaboration.
