Apply to this job offer Share: * ### **Experience** At least 1 year of experience * ### **Salary** Between €21,000 and €27,000 Gross/year * ### **Area \- Position** **Procurement, Logistics and Transport** + Logistics Administrator**Administration and Secretarial Staff** + Administrator + Logistics Administrator * ### **Category or Level** Employee * ### **Vacancies** 1 * ### **Applicants** 0 * ### **Contract** Fixed-term contract Continuous selection process. ### **Responsibilities** \- Generate dispatches corresponding to daily orders. \- Review quantities and prices per customer; manage shipments and track deliveries; liaise with carriers; handle orders and delivery notes. \- Manage required documentation (waybills, CMR consignment notes, EDI, Navision, Visionfruit). \- Handle incidents; support the logistics department (transport authorizations, fines, ITV, DGT, tachographs, other departments, vehicle fleet management). \- Drivers' allowances, transport invoices, business trips, etc. \- Archive information and documentation. ### **Requirements** \- Higher vocational training (FP) or bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, etc. \- Experience in administrative roles, preferably related to logistics, dispatches, or traffic. \- Proficiency in ERP Navision; knowledge of EDI and Visionfruit is highly valued. ### **Offered** \- Long-duration seasonal position \- Schedule: rotating shifts Monday to Friday; Saturdays during peak season. \- Salary according to company collective agreement and/or merit.
