STEF, a specialist in Transport and Logistics activities, is seeking a Logistics Administrator for its Torrejón delegation, on a temporary contract. Your mission: * Receive order information placed by customers. * Review documentation related to goods receipt. * Forward transport assignments to the Traffic Department. * Supervise correct order preparation via computer application. * Send daily informational files to customers regarding stock levels, producer movements, etc. * Validate daily logistics processes. * Manage reverse logistics (returns, pickups, rejections) at the documentation level. What are we looking for? We seek a Logistics Administrator with the following competencies: * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Administration or Secretarial Studies. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel.
