




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to handle logistics and warehouse tasks, including document management, shipment tracking, internal coordination, as well as stock control and supplier order management. Stock control and supplier order management We need to hire an administrative assistant in Santiago de Compostela to manage logistics- and warehouse-related tasks. Main duties include document and administrative management of logistics operations, use of IT tools, and shipment tracking. The role also involves internal customer service and coordination across departments, stock monitoring and organization, and managing orders placed with suppliers to ensure product availability in the warehouse. Additionally, the position supports customer service for visitors to the exhibition and performs other duties inherent to the role. This is a full-time contract, totaling 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Working hours are split: 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Experience in administrative tasks, ERP and AS 400 systems, and office software. * Strong communication skills. * We seek a highly organized individual accustomed to working under deadlines and managing schedules. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * A higher vocational training qualification in Administration, Logistics, or a related field is desirable.
