We are currently looking for an IT Expert in Communications for our Madrid office. **Mission** Provide IT/communications support to ENGIE’s industrial facilities in Spain, aligned with business needs. **Responsibilities** * Contribute technical specifications used in the construction of new facilities. * Supervise and maintain equipment (communications and network devices, servers, etc.) and their configurations. * Deploy communication networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN) according to company needs and objectives. * Monitor network integrity and performance by tracking traffic, resource utilization, availability, and quality of service. * Resolve incidents remotely and on-site. * Maintain documentation related to projects (hardware/software). * Ensure implementation and compliance with Security and Health, Diversity, Cybersecurity, Environmental, Sustainability, Ethics, and Compliance policies, as well as with defined organizational procedures and processes. **Minimum Requirements** * University degree in Systems Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent. * 2 years of experience in Industrial IT projects and maintenance of communication infrastructure and architecture. * Knowledge of communication architecture: + Networks from Layer 2 onward. + Configuration of switches, firewalls, and routers. + Knowledge of network services (DNS, etc.). * Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel within Spain. * IT security certification (valued but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of Industrial Architectures and SD\-WAN. * Intermediate\-advanced level of English (B2\). **Committed to Inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and foster diversity and inclusion.
