Join Aldesa and grow with us!** **Location**: Barcelona **Position**: Innovation Project Manager (Smart Cities \& Mobility) ACISA is Aldesa's subsidiary specializing in the design, execution, commissioning, and maintenance of complex infrastructure, with a particular focus on traffic, energy, and industrial projects, as well as control, signaling, and communication systems. Its role within the group is to provide a high level of technical specialization, enabling us to deliver integrated global solutions based on advanced installations and technology. We are seeking an **Innovation Project Manager** to collaborate with us in developing and managing innovation projects in areas such as **smart cities, mobility, and traffic management**, within national and European (Horizon) contexts. If you have experience in **innovation project management, drafting European proposals, and stakeholder coordination**, we want to meet you! **Your responsibilities**: * Lead innovation projects from conception to execution, ensuring milestone and objective delivery. * Identify funding opportunities in national and Horizon programs and align R\+D strategy. * Manage projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, depending on client context. * Draft proposals, technical reports, and deliverables for international innovation programs. * Coordinate and manage relationships with key stakeholders (public administrations, technology partners, etc.). * Participate in negotiations and funding acquisition for new projects. **Requirements**: * University degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field); postgraduate studies preferred. * 5+ years of experience managing innovation projects in **smart cities, mobility, or traffic**. * Proven experience in **European projects (Horizon)** and with public administrations. * Technical knowledge in areas such as mobility, traffic, cloud computing, simulation, or artificial intelligence. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with technical profiles. * Advanced English proficiency (writing and communication in international settings). **What we offer**: * **Stability**: Employment contract within a solid work environment delivering long-term projects. * **Continuous training**: Tailored learning plans aligned with your role and professional development. * **Flexible compensation**: Includes transportation, meal vouchers, private healthcare, childcare support, and training. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
