Work closely with the rest of the CFF and store commercial teams to ensure the best customer experience in their contracted services. Ensure and take responsibility for the safety of coworkers and customers during operations. Ensure the motivation and development of people within CFF under your area of responsibility, guaranteeing their well-being while supporting business growth. Contribute to the CFF action plan and ensure that actions related to outbound goods flow are implemented on time.
