Within the **ATM (Air Traffic Management)** area, we work on the design and development of advanced solutions enabling safer, more efficient, and smarter air traffic management, participating in strategic programs and high-impact international R\+D projects. **Join our team of European projects!** You will become part of a highly specialized innovation environment where artificial intelligence and complex systems are key to transforming the future of air traffic control. **What will you do?** --------------- * Design and develop generative AI-based solutions applied to air traffic management. * Define and optimize advanced prompts for large language models (LLMs). * Apply advanced prompting techniques such as chain\-of\-thought, few\-shot, and RAG to automate complex tasks. * Integrate AI models with external APIs, databases, code repositories, and technical documentation. * Automate development lifecycle processes: code generation, test cases, documentation, and requirements analysis. * Design and orchestrate specialized AI agents for specific software engineering tasks. * Evaluate, measure, and optimize model and prompt performance using metrics and benchmarks. * Collaborate in applied research and technological innovation activities. * Participate in the preparation of technical documentation and scientific publications where applicable. **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ ✅ Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related engineering fields. ✅ Experience in generative AI and language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or others). ✅ Knowledge and hands-on experience with advanced prompting techniques (chain\-of\-thought, few\-shot, RAG, tool use). ✅ Experience in AI-driven automation of development tasks (code, tests, documentation, requirements analysis). ✅ Experience in AI agent orchestration and use of frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI. ✅ Advanced level of written and spoken English.
