Our internships are designed as real gateways to permanent employment and a solid, long-term career with us. * **Human-centered culture:** A fresh, flat, and empathetic environment where mistakes are celebrated as part of the learning process and people’s well-being is prioritized. #### **This challenge is for you if...** * You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Statistics, Logistics**, or related fields, and are eligible to sign a training agreement. * You’re passionate about data and comfortable working with **Excel or Google Sheets**, and have basic knowledge of visualization tools such as **Power BI or Looker Studio**. * Attention to detail is one of your greatest strengths: you can spot that tiny needle in the haystack (or that incorrect reference in the catalog) that others overlook. * You have an **intermediate-advanced level of English (B2)** enabling you to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in a globalized environment. #### **What you’ll do...** Your main mission will be to monitor, analyze, and optimize customer promise indicators, shipping routes, and catalog availability to maximize website conversion. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be responsible for: * **Intelligent Catalog and Route Management:** Ensuring active products have correctly assigned shipping methods and identifying system anomalies to recover lost sales. * **Customer Promise and Delivery Quality:** Auditing the checkout process and analyzing critical KPIs such as OTIF (*On Time In Full*) and NPS to guarantee an impeccable user experience. * **Pricing Strategy:** Configuring free-shipping labels and detecting logistical mismatches in transportation costs to optimize profitability. #### **What we offer...** * **Impactful Onboarding:** No throwing you into the deep end without water.
