**Tasks and Responsibilities**: * Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to accurately forecast product demand across electrical connectors, industrial Ethernet solutions, and customized cable assemblies. * Develop and maintain demand planning models, ensuring alignment with market needs and production capacities. * Monitor and analyze industry trends, historical data, and market conditions to refine forecasts and improve supply chain efficiency. * Engage in cross\-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather relevant data and insights for demand planning. * Ensure seamless integration and optimization of demand planning processes within the company's existing workflow and systems. * Maintain and update demand planning tools and software, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. * Collaborate closely with the production and inventory management teams to ensure that forecasted demand aligns with production schedules and inventory levels. * Participate actively in regular meetings and presentations, sharing demand forecasts and insights with stakeholders to drive informed decision\-making. * Regularly interact with team colleagues, sales teams, production managers, and senior management to align demand planning efforts with business goals and objectives. **Qualifications**: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training. * 3\+ years of professional experience / industry experience. * Very good command of written and spoken English (position dependent).
