Mission: Coordinate, lead and support the Customer Service team to ensure its smooth operation, with the objective of delivering personalized, high-quality service to our customers. Scope of the Role: * Lead a team of 4–6 people. * Manage and support approximately 15–20 accounts. Responsibilities: * Coordinate, organize and assign team tasks. * Train new department staff. * Make decisions and intervene in resolving incidents with customers and correspondents. * Supervise daily tasks to ensure team work quality and resolve incidents. * Monitor key accounts and their profitability. * Handle disputed credits. * Ensure compliance with assigned Compliance controls and procedures. * Collect evidence of compliance and effectiveness of assigned controls and procedures in the area of **WHAT YOU BRING** ----------------------- Responsibilities: * Assign and distribute tasks among team members based on workload volume and individual experience. * Supervise, support and monitor operational staff’s daily work, correcting deviations or issues as needed. * Guarantee and maintain a positive working environment. * Onboard new staff into the department and provide initial instructions for successful job performance. * Report weekly on account progress to the Operations Manager. * Manage interdepartmental conflicts. * Monitor and allocate inventory for key accounts. * Supervise and coordinate shipments for key accounts and report potential incidents. * Support the team in negotiations with customers and correspondents regarding discrepancies and deviations in freight transport—including volume, breakage and express deliveries. * Manage credit notes. * Analyze accounts’ financial gains and losses. Prepare service-level reports (KPIs) for customers requiring them. * Track damage files related to claims. * Hold regular meetings with Traffic Department heads to discuss issues and propose improvements. * Implement assigned Compliance procedures and controls. * Periodically collect evidence of compliance with assigned Compliance controls and procedures. Requirements: * Education: Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Transport and Logistics / International Trade. * Basic Knowledge: English B2 and Microsoft Office Suite. * Specific Knowledge: Team management, customer service, incident resolution. * Experience: 5 years. * Minimum probationary period: 6–12 months.
