You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from Operations, Product, Systems Engineering, international subsidiaries, and other horizontal units across Indra to ensure delivery of key projects with significant impact on the aviation sector. What will you do? * Manage short-term ATM project proposals and bids, adhering to non-negotiable delivery deadlines. * Coordinate temporary, multidisciplinary teams (Operations, Product, Systems Engineering, Subcontractors, Commercial, Subsidiaries, and Indra’s horizontal units). * Analyze and understand technical, legal, tax, and administrative requirements of varying complexity levels. * Manage subcontractors: prepare SOW/RFQ documents, negotiate back-to-back offers, and monitor commitments. * Draft and structure technical and administrative proposals, including documentation in English. * Use tools such as Excel, Acrobat, and MS Project to plan, control, and track deliverables and costs. * Interact with clients, subsidiaries, and international partners, including travel when necessary.
