We were born free — we aim to break molds and go beyond the conventional. ***What will be your functions and responsibilities?*** Reporting directly to the Airport Manager, you will be responsible for **organizing and coordinating airport traffic**, working closely with the office to **maximize the efficiency of transfer services and optimize costs.** Your role will focus on delivering excellent customer service — both to corporate clients and end customers — ensuring agile and efficient operations. You will maintain continuous communication with representatives of tour operators managed by W2M, as well as handle and resolve transport-related emergencies. Assistance to END CUSTOMERS at the Airport **Operations and Coordination** * Organize and coordinate airport transfer services, optimizing occupancy and available resources. * Manage delays and short-term operational responses. * Handle transport emergencies and ensure their proper resolution. * Maintain direct communication with the office to ensure smooth and efficient operations. **Customer Service** * Assist CORPORATE clients (tour operators represented by W2M) at the **Tenerife South Airport.** * Assist end customers upon arrival or departure at the airport. * Maintain continuous communication with tour operators to ensure up-to-date information and operational alignment. * Monitor possible post-travel incidents. **Internal and External Relations** * Maintain smooth commercial relationships with tour operators and transport providers. * Coordinate with other departments to guarantee quality and efficiency standards. **Requirements:** --------------- ***We’ll love you if you have...*** * Prior experience in airport operations, customer service, or transportation (valued). * Advanced English (mandatory). * Knowledge of additional languages (highly valued). **Competencies and Skills** * Excellent communicator (oral and written), capable of empathizing and understanding customer needs. * Detail- and service-oriented. * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. * Solution-oriented, proactive individual capable of anticipating problems and proposing solutions. * Dynamic, methodical profile with strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Aptitude for maintaining commercial relationships. ***What do we offer?*** * A dynamic and motivating environment with real growth opportunities within a global tourism operator. * Travel and hotel discounts. * Opportunity for professional development across various areas of the W2M Group.
