Job Summary: We are seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE/ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT with solid expertise in accounting, tax settlements, and management of payments/receivables. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in tax settlements (VAT, IRPF, Intrastat, Form 349, SII) 2. Recording and tracking of supplier invoices and payments 3. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word; ERP Navision is a plus ADMINISTRATIVE/ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT with solid knowledge of accounting and tax settlements (VAT, IRPF, Intrastat, Form 349), recording and accounting of payments/receivables. Good Excel skills \+ knowledge of Word. ERP Navision knowledge is a plus. English level B2\. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday: 8:30\-18:00 with lunch break; Friday: 8:30\-14:00. Temporary replacement contract \- Accounting entries. \- Tax settlements (VAT, IRPF, Intrastat, Form 349, SII) \- Recording of supplier invoices and payments and their tracking. \- Various Excel-based controls. \- Daily registration of client web and financial income into accounts. \- Handling administrative inquiries from web clients. \- Tracking logistics incidents and filing declarations with various transport agencies. \- Other administrative tasks * 48 months of experience. ADMINISTRATIVE/ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT * English (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Good Excel skills \+ knowledge of Word. ERP Navision is a plus. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1700 * Additional relevant information: FIXED SALARY: €1,600 × 15 payments = €24,000 \+ VARIABLE: €100 × 12 months = €1,200.
