




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative staff member for the traffic department to manage documentation, plan routes, coordinate with drivers, and attend to customers, while maintaining administrative control and updating computer systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of transportation documentation and delivery note control 2. Route planning and efficient cargo assignment 3. Coordination with drivers and shipment tracking We need an administrative staff member for the traffic department in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Main duties will include managing all transportation-related documentation, as well as handling and controlling delivery notes. Job responsibilities cover detailed route planning and efficient cargo assignment. Additionally, smooth coordination with drivers and continuous tracking of all shipments will be required. Furthermore, customer service tasks and resolution of any incidents that may arise will be performed, along with record keeping, administrative control, and updating of computer systems. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with 8 working hours per day from Monday to Friday, morning shift between 08:00 and 16:00, including statutory breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Vocational Training qualification in Transport and Logistics.
