




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative staff member for the traffic department to manage transportation documentation, plan routes, coordinate with drivers, and handle customer inquiries while maintaining computerized systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of transportation documentation and delivery notes 2. Route coordination, load allocation, and shipment tracking 3. Customer service and incident resolution We require an administrative staff member for the traffic department in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Main duties will include managing all documentation related to transportation, as well as handling and controlling delivery notes. Job responsibilities cover detailed route planning and efficient load assignment. Additionally, smooth coordination with drivers and continuous monitoring of all shipments will be required. Furthermore, tasks include customer service and resolution of any incidents that may arise, as well as recording, administrative control, and updating of computerized systems. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with 8 working hours per day from Monday to Friday, morning shift between 08:00 and 16:00, including statutory breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Vocational Training (FP) in Transport and Logistics.
