




Provide administrative, accounting, and documentary support for the company's daily operations, ensuring organization, information control, and proper service to clients, suppliers, and external management services. * **Invoicing management**: issuance, recording, and archiving of invoices (purchases/sales). * **Supplier control**: purchase orders, delivery notes, incident handling, and payment terms. * **Basic accounting support**: reconciliations, preparation of documentation for external accountants. * **Basic treasury tasks**: cash and POS system control, cash counts, bank transactions. * **Phone and in-person customer service** for suppliers/services. * **Document management**: contracts, licenses, insurance, digital file archives. * **Store support**: product registration/deletion, administrative stock control. * Weekly coordination with **management and logistics**.
