Job Summary: We are seeking a cashier to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient checkout operations, maintaining smooth flow and order at the checkout counters. Key Highlights: 1. Provide excellent service and clarify customer inquiries. 2. Ensure smooth operation and order in the checkout area. 3. Ongoing training and shopping discounts. As part of the Checkout Team, led by the Checkout Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Deliver outstanding customer service and process payments efficiently. * Clarify inquiries and offer services that enhance the customer experience at Alcampo. * Verify product and invoice correlation at self-service checkouts. * Ensure smooth customer exit flow through checkout lanes. * Maintain order by removing items deposited at checkout (casing units, alarms, hangers, etc.). * Check and replenish supplies such as bags, receipt paper rolls, etc. * Safeguard cash receipts, documents, cash drawer contents, and supporting vouchers until handover at the end of the shift.
