ADMINISTRATIVE/ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN Job Description Do you want to work for a leading European agri-food business group? If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE/ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN for one of our companies located in Lleida. Your core responsibilities will include: * Managing the invoice and delivery note archive and destroying related paper documents. * Placing office supply orders and managing printed paper stock. * Managing bread donation programs, where applicable. * Receiving mail and courier deliveries. * Issuing customer invoices. * Maintaining customer files with regard to credit risk. * Managing customer factoring and supplier confirming, including their accounting entries. * Processing supplier payments, payment scheduling, fixed asset activation and control. * Customer remittances and review of overdue payments. * Bank statement reconciliation, journal entry posting, and bank account reconciliation. * Providing customers with balance information for completion of Form 347 and addressing any needs arising from their financial audits. * Reviewing bank journal entries, posting journal entries, and reviewing statistics. * Tasks related to month-end closing. * Leasing, loan, and insurance policy management. * Cash accounting, executing payments and collections, and conducting monthly cash counts. * Managing CESCE claim files. * Preparing, verifying, and filing mandatory tax returns and payment forms. * Performing all other tasks delegated by the plant’s Finance Manager. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or equivalent. * Desired: At least 3\-4 years’ experience performing similar duties. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite). * Residence within the province where the vacancy is located. **OFFERED:** * An interesting position offering professional development opportunities. * Ongoing on-the-job training. * Remuneration commensurate with candidate qualifications. * Full-time employment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Quick Facts Vacancy ID: 646 Number of vacancies: 1 Department: STRUCTURE \- ADM \- META Working schedule: Full-time Publication start date: 5/6/26 Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This could be the start of your new professional chapter!
