Job Description A company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of aluminum carpentry is seeking to hire a **Workshop Assistant** to support fabrication and assembly tasks for our products. Prior experience in aluminum carpentry is not mandatory, as on-the-job training will be provided. We are looking for a motivated, responsible individual with a positive attitude to integrate into our team. Responsibilities * Assisting in the fabrication of windows, doors, enclosures, and other aluminum carpentry elements. * Preparing and handling profiles and materials. * Assisting with cutting, machining, and assembling components. * Installing hardware, seals, and accessories. * Loading, unloading, and organizing materials. * Maintaining workshop order and cleanliness. * Collaborating with skilled workers across various fabrication stages. Requirements * No prior experience in aluminum carpentry required. * Experience in related fields—such as wood carpentry, locksmithing, construction, industrial assembly, metal fabrication, or any trade involving hand tools and electric machinery—will be valued. * Basic proficiency with hand tools (tape measure, square, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.). * Experience with power tools—such as drills, angle grinders, screwdrivers, jigsaws, or similar—is desirable. * Willingness to learn a trade and pursue professional development. * Responsible, committed individual with strong teamwork capabilities.
