Description

A company located in Sant Adrià de Besòs offers a vacancy for a Warehouse Assistant under a 3-month temporary contract with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract. Contract type: Temporary employment contract (3 months, with possibility of conversion to indefinite). Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00–14:00, with statutory breaks. Gross monthly salary: €1,428 paid in 14 installments. Requirements: · Formal education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. · Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar position and performing similar tasks. Valuable qualifications: · Valid forklift operator license. · Professional Qualification Certificate in Auxiliary Warehouse Operations. · Intermediate Vocational Training Degree in Transport and Logistics. · Intermediate Vocational Training Degree in Commercial Activities. • Goods receipt and control: unloading trucks, verifying delivery notes, and checking the condition of received goods. • Placement and storage: classifying and placing goods on shelves or in assigned zones. • Order picking: locating and collecting items, correctly packaging and labeling orders. • Dispatch: loading prepared orders onto transport vehicles for distribution. • Inventory management and stock control: supporting physical stock counts and updating goods receipts and dispatches in the IT system. • Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * 1 year of experience required. Experience as a warehouse assistant and in logistics tasks is mandatory. * COMPULSORY SECONDARY EDUCATION WITH DIPLOMA * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. Familiarity with computer tools or warehouse management systems.
