All new staff receive training on handling procedures, operational protocols, and internal platforms. The main responsibilities of the worker will be: * Handling * Sorting * Warehouse management **What are the requirements for this position?:** * Ability to work independently and autonomously and/or as part of a team. * Prior and sustained experience in similar roles. * Communication skills and conflict-resolution abilities. * Effective stress management. * Important: Proficiency in using computer systems. * Ability to move freely throughout the facility and climb stairs without difficulty. * Flexibility and availability regarding working hours. * Ability to detect visual and/or auditory signals. * Capacity to lift at least 3 kg. * Possession of a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher is desirable. **What type of contract will you have?** Initial one-year contract with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. **What will your working schedule be?** Full-time. **What will your working hours be?:** Monday to Sunday, either from 8:00 to 16:00 or from 7:30 to 15:30, with breaks scheduled according to the shift roster. **What will your salary be?:** According to the Collective Agreement for Special Employment Centers. **Where?:** Alcalá de Henares, Madrid
