We are looking to hire a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at VORO, a gastronomic restaurant, who shares our passion for excellence, service, and attention to detail. **Main responsibilities** * Attend to and advise customers throughout their gastronomic experience. * Prepare and organize the dining room before, during, and after service. * Take orders and ensure efficient and attentive service. * Know and explain the gastronomic and beverage offerings. * Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to guarantee outstanding service. * Maintain established standards of quality, order, cleanliness, and presentation. * Address customer needs and requests professionally and with a service-oriented attitude. **Requirements** * Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in gastronomic or high-end restaurants. * A vocation for service and customer orientation. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * English proficiency is valued; additional languages are an asset. * Availability to work various shifts. **What do we offer?** The opportunity to become part of VORO by Álvaro Salazar, a benchmark gastronomic project, located within the exclusive setting of Cap Vermell Grand Hotel.
