We are currently looking to hire **VMware Cloud Foundation Technicians** to participate in a strategic technological transformation project within a Public Administration environment. **We seek two complementary profiles:** A profile with deeper specialization in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). A profile with deeper specialization in NSX\-T and NSX Advanced Load Balancer (NSX\-AVI). **What We Offer:** * Professional growth and participation in cloud infrastructure and virtualization modernization projects. * Working with the latest VMware technologies. * Work modality: Remote, with occasional on-site meetings at the client’s location (Madrid). * Schedule: Three weekly shifts of 7 hours each, two weekly shifts of 9 hours each. Intensive schedule during the month of August. * Participation in on-call duty rotations. **Main Responsibilities** * Administration, operation, and monitoring of cloud platforms in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. * Administration and operation of VMware Cloud Foundation platforms. * Administration of VMware vSphere and ESXi environments. * Administration of vSAN infrastructures. * Virtual network administration using VMware NSX\-T. * Management of VMware clusters (HA, DRS, and vMotion). * Incident resolution and platform availability maintenance. * Collaboration with infrastructure and operations teams. * Application of DevOps and Agile methodologies in platform operations. **Requirements:** --------------- **\> Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, operation, and monitoring of cloud platforms in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. * At least 6 months of experience working with VMware Cloud Foundation platforms. * Experience in: VMware vSphere / ESXi. VMware vSAN. VMware NSX\-T. Cluster management (HA, DRS, and vMotion). * At least 6 months of experience applying DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies. * Formal education or specific knowledge in VMware Cloud Foundation-based virtualization technologies. **\> Required Education:** The following qualifications will be accepted: * Technical Diploma or Technical Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or related sciences. * University Bachelor’s Degree (MECES Level 2 or EQF Level 6) in the fields indicated. * Alternatively, the following will also be accepted: Higher Technical Certificate in Information Systems Administration (CFGS, Informatics and Communications family) or equivalent, provided that an additional 24 months of professional experience beyond the minimum required for this position is demonstrated. **Applications lacking a qualification officially recognized in Spain meeting the above requirements will not be considered.** **\> Preferred Qualifications:** * Administration of VMware vCloud Director. * Administration of VMware Aria Suite. * VMware VCP\-DCV certification (VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization). * ITIL Foundation certification. * Additional experience with VMware Cloud Foundation technologies. * Specialization in VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer (NSX\-AVI).
