Reporting to the department manager, we seek a colleague for the position of SALES ASSOCIATE (20 hours/week) at our store in Alcalá de Guadaira (Seville). Your main responsibilities would include: * Resolving incidents. * Maintaining the section in optimal presentation and condition. * Ensuring sufficient product availability in the section. * Monitoring daily offers and promotions. * Achieving budgeted sales targets. * Providing general support to the store. What do we offer? * Indefinite-term contract * Fixed salary \+ variable component based on achievement of targets * Development plan **Requirements:** --------------- Candidate with appropriate education, strong customer orientation, and problem-solving ability; friendly, empathetic, and positive. Prior experience in retail or in the large-scale distribution sector will be valued. Good appearance and diction, customer service skills, dynamism, perseverance, negotiation ability, and organizational skills. Availability to work part-time from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays/holidays as established by each Autonomous Community, respecting the weekly rest period stipulated in the Large Stores Collective Agreement.
