We are seeking a **Tender and Bidding Technician** to join our team, participating in the preparation and submission of proposals for public and private tenders. Key Responsibilities * Identification and monitoring of public and private tenders. * Analysis of administrative, technical, and economic tender documents. * Preparation and submission of documentation for tenders. * Coordination with Operations, Finance, Quality, and HR departments for tender preparation. * Drafting of technical reports and commercial proposals. * Deadline management and file tracking. * Document management and updating of official registries. * Support in preparing contract renewals and reviews. * Profitability analysis of submitted proposals. Requirements * University degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing public and/or private tenders. * Knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Act. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. * Experience in collective catering, facilities management, or services is desirable.
