We are seeking two Microcomputer Technician profiles for Sevilla. Permanent contract. Main Responsibilities 1\. Installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware equipment Assembly, installation, and configuration of personal computers, printers, basic servers, and computer peripherals. Additionally, performs preventive maintenance (cleaning, optimization, analysis, etc.) and corrective maintenance (diagnosis of issues and replacement of faulty components, such as graphics cards, hard drives, or RAM modules). 2\. Software and operating system management Installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems, software programs, and applications. The technician is not a substitute for DAM or DAW, but rather collaborates with and complements them to ensure application operability. 3\. Local network administration (Networking) These professionals also handle the installation and connection of components comprising local area networks (LANs). Examples include routers, switches, and Ethernet and Wi\-Fi access points. Their role focuses on ensuring devices are correctly connected and operational, aiming to guarantee fast and reliable internet connectivity at all times. 4\. Technical support and user assistance (Helpdesk) Providing user support to resolve issues with the computers and software applications used daily. Their mission is to resolve incidents, deliver remote or on-site assistance, and document problems and applied solutions. 5\. Basic cybersecurity Implementation of basic security measures in accordance with security standards. Installation of antivirus software, basic management of pre-configured firewalls, and backup management. They may also train users on best practices in this field. Requirements Higher vocational training in the field of Information and Communications Technologies. Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools.
