Currently, we are seeking a Support Technician – International Protection Reception Phase for our Head Office in Madrid. Responsibilities: * Social support * Administrative tasks related to the service: documentation, data registration, development and updating of user files, occupations, financial aid, etc. * Use of computer applications linked to program monitoring and management. Data registration, tracking, and control in the SIRIA software application and other ACCEM-specific applications. * Review of data and identification of incidents related to registration and tracking of interventions. * Support in preparing statistical and budgetary monitoring reports and documents. * Accompaniment of users. * Support in First Reception Assistance. * Participation in other support tasks related to the program. Offer: * Substitute contract (IT coverage). * Full-time position * €23,720 gross annual salary. **Profile:** **Academic Qualifications:** Preferably a Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration; alternatively, a Social Integration Technician or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Sociology. **Experience:** Prior experience in the Third Sector, either as an employee or volunteer. Experience in statistical data monitoring and management. Experience in budgetary monitoring and control. **Specific Knowledge** Knowledge of migration issues and international protection **Digital Competencies** Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word. **Personal and Professional Competencies** Effective communication and teamwork.
