**WHO ARE WE?** ASME (Sant Martí Sports Association) is a social entity dedicated to promoting sports and managing municipal sports centres. Currently, it operates four sports centres: CEM La Vermeda, CEM Vintró, CEM Trinitat Vella, and La Pau Sports Facilities. It also promotes various sports sections and social inclusion projects. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? SWIMMING COURSES TECHNICIAN** **Job Description** \- AQUATIC AREA – SWIMMING COURSES: Responsible for delivering the teaching-learning process, adapting it to the physical, psychological, and social characteristics of all students; assessing acquired skills and progress using the methodology and pedagogical foundations of the educational model; and ensuring safety across all aquatic activities in accordance with ASME’s organizational principles and regulatory standards. **Professional Profile.** · Ability and resources to carry out actions and tasks that guarantee participation, learning, and coexistence among all users/students, regardless of their physical conditions or abilities. · Responsible and well-organized. · Patient, affectionate, receptive, communicative, imaginative, and creative. · Enthusiastic about sports in general. **Requirements.** · Registered with ROPEC and/or COPLEFC · Additional training:· Lifeguard Certification **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** \- 30h Fixed-Discontinuous Contract \- Part-time schedule (morning and afternoon) \- Salary according to collective agreement \- Excellent working environment. \- Opportunity to perform supplementary hours and personal training sessions.
