Continuous training for professional development In L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, we are looking for a person to supervise daily operations at a residential center. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, and training care staff, cleaning staff, receptionists, and kitchen staff; managing shifts, vacations, and unexpected absences; assigning floors to caregivers; and communicating with families regarding residents' care. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with rotating morning (7:00–14:00) or afternoon (14:00–21:00) shifts. We value a collaborative and respectful work environment, opportunities for work-life balance, and continuous training for your professional development. * Vocational Training Cycle in Nursing Assistant Care or Vocational Training Cycle in Care for Dependent Persons. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar position is desirable. * Additional training in gerontology, food handling, or related fields. * Completion of training courses related to the field, as well as complementary training promoting equality, will be considered favorably.
