The position is located within the City area, which specializes in the maintenance of urban infrastructure, including public space maintenance, facilities and green areas, and the installation and operation of building technology.
**What will you do on a daily basis?**
* Be part of a technical team focused on public tenders.
* Analyze participation requirements (Administrative and Technical Tender Documents or Projects), identifying opportunities and proposing creative solutions to stand out in evaluation criteria.
* Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure we have all necessary resources to submit robust and competitive proposals.
* Conduct site visits to the location where construction work will take place, to better assess options for defining the project's construction process.
* Draft technical reports, develop construction schedules, organizational charts, and all other technical documentation required to elevate our bids.
* Contact suppliers and installers to prepare a detailed economic study based on the initial budget.
* Monitor the tenders you participate in until their resolution.
**What are we looking for?**
* Agricultural Technical Engineer, Forestry Technical Engineer, Forestry Engineer, Agricultural Engineer, etc.
* 2\-3 years of experience as a Study Technician.
