ACCIONA, through its Facility Services division, is selecting an intern for its Barcelona office.**Position Description** Do you want to take the leap and become a future Services Manager or Facility Manager? At ACCIONA, we seek young talent eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and demanding environment. We propose a formative project where you will acquire all the skills and knowledge necessary to become a leader of operational teams: **What you will do during the 6-month internship:** You will rotate through the following departments in our business to gain familiarity with key processes—preparing you to perform the tasks of a Services/Facility Manager in our operations: * HR and Labor Relations: delve into absenteeism data, training initiatives, and application of labor regulations. * Occupational Health and Safety: gain firsthand knowledge of health and safety plans, risk identification, and prevention audits. * Business Development: support commercial activities with existing clients, analyze opportunities, and propose continuous improvement measures. * Tender Department: collaborate on technical and economic studies, prepare proposals, and understand contracting processes. * Legal Department: learn about contractual obligations, applicable regulations, and management of legal incidents related to various services. * Finance Department: receive training in budgetary controls, profit-and-loss analysis, and participation in monthly closings. **What do we offer after the internship?** Upon completing the rotational onboarding, you will begin your Operations stage, participating in a 6-month leadership-oriented formative project for operational teams. You will assume key responsibilities such as supervising audits, monitoring KPIs, managing documentation, procurement, and coordinating resources. You will also collaborate on commercial activities, occupational risk prevention, continuous improvement initiatives, client relations, and financial follow-up to ensure profitability and regulatory compliance for our clients.
