The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively both in teams and under pressure. Responsibilities: * Assist the Site Manager and other technical staff in planning, organizing, and monitoring construction activities. * Carry out measurements, setting-out tasks, and quality control of executed works. * Prepare site progress reports, including cost and schedule control. * Manage technical documentation for the project (drawings, specifications, etc.). * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Perform administrative tasks related to the project (goods receipt notes, invoices, etc.). * Collaborate in resolving technical incidents and problems. * Support preparation of documentation required for certifications. Qualifications: * Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Building, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or other computer-aided design (CAD) software. * Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention. * Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, etc.). * Teamwork capability and strong communication skills. * Organized, proactive individual with problem-solving ability. * Valid driving license category B (desirable). **Seize the challenge.
