We are currently looking to hire a **Selection Technician** for Talent and Development who wishes to join this initiative. **Your Mission** Ensure efficiency and accuracy in personnel recruitment and selection processes, provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent and Development department, and effectively manage billing activities—contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives while ensuring transparency and compliance with internal and external regulations. **Your Responsibilities** * Fully manage personnel selection processes—from job posting and CV screening to interview coordination and candidate onboarding across various departments of the Foundation. * Coordinate and execute administrative hiring and onboarding procedures, ensuring correct formalization of employment documents and continuous updating of information in internal systems. * Maintain organized and up-to-date digital administrative documentation, guaranteeing process traceability and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes within the Talent and Development department by proposing solutions that optimize administrative efficiency and enhance the employee experience. **What We Offer** * Contract 430 (annual, extendable up to 3 \+ indefinite). Two-month probationary period. * Full-time schedule with flexible start and end times: Monday–Thursday: start between 8:00 and 9:00, end between 17:00 and 18:00\. Friday, Easter Week, summer, and Christmas: intensive schedule from 8:00 to 15:00\. * Salary: €23,000 gross per year, paid in 14 installments. * Remote work option of up to 6 days per month, available after 6 months at the Foundation. * An inclusive workplace grounded in strong values, where your talent is recognized and nurtured. **Requirements:** --------------- **What We Are Looking For** * Technical or vocational training in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in selection processes within Special Employment Centers, Temporary Work Agencies (ETT), or companies handling high-volume recruitment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Possession of a disability certificate indicating a minimum disability level of 33%. * Immediate availability.
