Process incoming customer requests via email and telephone; perform initial lead qualification. Coordinate meetings and product demonstrations; schedule sales managers' appointments. Prepare sales reports, analyze key metrics, and support forecasting preparation. Interact with other departments (marketing, logistics, accounting) to ensure timely order execution. **Requirements:** Higher or secondary professional education; experience in sales or customer support is welcome. Proficient PC skills: MS Office (Excel, Word); CRM experience is an advantage. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and accuracy in document handling. Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
