Ros Roca S.A., a company belonging to Terberg Environmental Holding BV Group, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of waste collection equipment, is looking to strengthen its Commercial Team and therefore seeks to fill the following position: **Sales Administration** **Job Objectives:** * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commercial department, ensuring accurate management of orders, quotations, contracts, and associated documentation, as well as smooth coordination among the sales team, operations, finance, and customers. * This role contributes to commercial process efficiency, customer service quality, and reliability of commercial and contractual information. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administrative management of the full sales cycle: quotations, orders, contracts, amendments, and follow-up. * Data entry, maintenance, and validation of commercial data in ERP and CRM systems. * Coordination with the commercial team to ensure correct administrative execution of sales. * Liaison with other departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure consistency and adherence to deadlines. * Document support for tendering processes and structured sales. * Customer support for administrative inquiries and resolution of non-commercial incidents. * Filing and control of contractual documentation in accordance with internal procedures. * Assistance in preparing basic commercial activity reports and order tracking. **Requirements:** * University degree, preferably in Business Administration and Management (ADE). * 2\-3 years’ experience in commercial department administration or similar is desirable. * Experience with after-sales-oriented ERP and CRM systems is desirable. * English proficiency at C1 level. **✅We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position with flexible start time between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. * Early finish on Fridays. * A dynamic, professional, and collaborative work environment where you can learn and contribute from day one. * The opportunity to join a sector-leading company.
