On a day-to-day basis: * You will analyze product complaints and incidents to identify their root cause and propose solutions. * You will perform quality controls on goods and inventory to ensure compliance with established standards. * You will prepare technical reports and provide quality documentation to customers, suppliers, and the sales team. * You will manage returns and incidents with national and international suppliers. * You will participate in monitoring departmental KPIs and continuous improvement processes. ### **What Will Make You Successful in This Role** * **Technical Education and Interest in Technical Analysis and Quality** A Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) focused on mechanics or electricity is required.
