We are currently looking to hire **a Psychomotor Therapist** who wishes to join this initiative. **Your Mission** Plan, implement, and supervise physiotherapy interventions, following established protocols, to improve the autonomy and well-being of service users. **Your Responsibilities** * Initial Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct initial assessments to identify users’ needs and capabilities, formulating diagnoses to guide therapeutic interventions. * Development of Individualized Intervention Plans: Design personalized intervention plans for each user, focusing on enhancing motor, cognitive, sensory, and emotional skills. * Individual and Group Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver specific therapies (physical, occupational, psychological, etc.) at both individual and group levels to promote users’ development and rehabilitation. * Family Counseling and Support: Provide guidance and support to families, involving them in the therapeutic process and equipping them with tools for home-based care. * Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with other professionals (psychologists, speech therapists, physicians, social workers, etc.) to ensure comprehensive and coordinated treatment for users. **What We Offer** * Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, between 11:00 and 20:00. * Permanent contract. * Work locations: Vicálvaro Center and Retiro Center. * Salary: €21,500 gross annually, paid in 14 installments. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. * Training in Psychomotricity. * Immediate availability. * Minimum one year of experience working with persons with disabilities.
