Guarantee of quality and safety in all project phases For our client, a nationally leading company in the construction sector, **EXPERTA** is selecting a **Project Manager** to join their team in **Estepona, Málaga**. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. * Manage and supervise the work team, including external contractors and subcontractors. * Establish and monitor project budget and timelines. * Track and report project progress to management and clients. * Identify and efficiently resolve project issues and challenges. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards across all project phases. * Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. * Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. * Minimum 5 years' prior experience in construction project management. * Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate teams. * In-depth knowledge of construction processes and applicable regulations and standards. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and Excel. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Results-oriented mindset and capacity for strategic decision-making. * Intermediate level of English. **Offer:** * Full-time contract and competitive salary. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Fixed salary \+ company vehicle. * Additional benefits including medical and life insurance, among others.
