**Project Manager (Drafting/Architecture)**
Check In Talent is seeking a Junior-Middle Project Manager for a leading company specializing in logistics and production of brand events, window displays, visual merchandising, commercial interior design, as well as furniture and POS material design, manufacturing, and installation, located in the southeast of Madrid.
Your mission will be to plan, execute, and close projects in accordance with defined objectives, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality requirements. You will also coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams, manage project resources, and serve as the primary point of contact among stakeholders, guaranteeing that the project remains aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
The selected candidate will join the commercial team.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Project Planning**
* Develop the project plan, defining clear objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and required resources.
* Create a detailed plan for project phases, tasks, and deliverables, identifying potential risks and establishing contingency plans.
**Team Management**
* Coordinate and supervise the project team, assigning responsibilities and ensuring each member aligns with established objectives and deadlines.
* Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
**Monitoring and Control**
* Monitor project progress at each phase, ensuring tasks are executed as planned.
* Implement management tools to track performance, reporting progress to senior management and proposing adjustments when necessary.
**Budget Management**
* Administer the project budget, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
* Conduct cost-benefit analyses and monitor expenditures to prevent budget deviations.
**Risk Management**
* Identify and assess potential project-related risks, developing strategies to mitigate their impact.
* Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle, adapting the plan accordingly.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project progress.
* Organize periodic meetings with stakeholders to present status updates and resolve any issues or change requests.
**Project Delivery and Closure**
* Ensure the project meets established quality requirements and is delivered within the agreed timeline and budget.
* Conduct a post-project review to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement in future projects.
**Minimum Requirements**
* Ideally 2–3 years of proven experience as a project manager.
* Preferably a degree in Architecture, Higher Technical Degree in Drafting, or related disciplines.
* Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
**Knowledge and Competencies**
* Experience managing projects in specific sectors (e.g., technology, construction, marketing).
* Knowledge of risk management and development of contingency plans.
* Familiarity with KPIs and analytical tools to measure project performance and success.
* Understanding of negotiation and contracting processes with suppliers and partners.
* Skills in planning, organizing, and scheduling work, prioritizing tasks and optimizing resources.
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
* Adaptability and goal orientation.
**Tools**
Experience using tools such as:
* 3ds Max
* SketchUp + V-Ray
* AutoCAD (recommended)
* Adobe Photoshop – Illustrator
* Excel
**Job Offer Details:**
* Permanent contract
* Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; every Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
