San Camilo Center's mission is to provide care and foster a humanized culture of care. The Care Center comprises an Assisted Residence for elderly individuals with dependency needs and a Palliative Care Unit. The Assisted Residence is contracted with the Ministry of Social Policies and Family of the Community of Madrid, and the Palliative Care Unit is contracted with the Madrid Health Service (SERMAS) under the Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid. **Job Mission:** * Conducting assessments, diagnosis, goal-setting, and treatment for residents and patients upon admission, when substantial changes occur, or as directed by medical or nursing staff, or during reviews of Individual Care Plans. * Planning the treatment approach for each case in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. * Scheduling group and/or individual physical activities * Evaluating and reporting on applied treatments to families and the team * Collaborating with physicians and nursing staff in assessing residents upon admission and those who experience falls or trauma. * Performing functional assessments for residents and patients in the Palliative Care Unit (UCP) requiring such evaluation. * Evaluating users' Individualized Care Plans. * Advising other professionals on resident and/or patient handling protocols. * Participating as a member of the Center’s interdisciplinary team and coordinating with it. * Conducting and participating in research projects proposed or carried out by the Center. * Delivering training activities in one’s field to other professionals. **Profile:** **Required Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in geriatric care. * Knowledge of the Person-Centered Care Model. **Working Hours:** * Monday–Friday: 8:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break) * Alternate Saturdays: 10:00–12:30 **Offered:** * Temporary contract according to the VIII State Framework Collective Agreement for Dependency Care Services and Promotion of Personal Autonomy (renewable). **Remuneration:** Base salary plus voluntary bonus. **Expected Start Date:** December 9, 2024 A pre-selection will be conducted among submitted CVs to schedule interviews with candidates best matching the described professional profile. **Competencies:** Initiative and autonomy, Capacity for learning, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork **Level:** Specialist **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** 6 months to 1 year **Salary:** Between €18,001 and €24,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** Not required **Start Date:** 16/03/2026 **End Date of Activity:** 30/09/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
