Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and empathetic Personal Assistant to support persons with functional diversity in developing autonomy, skills, and family respite. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of an independent life project and family respite At Cuore Care, we aim to hire a Personal Assistant for persons with functional diversity, with the objective of achieving an independent life project. The overall goal of the intervention is to maximize autonomy and self-management, enabling the individual to direct their life toward an autonomous future—developing academic and personal skills for future employment or education, and supporting participation in cultural, sports, and social activities—based on the principle of acquiring competencies, social and communication skills, while providing family respite. We seek a candidate who will join us in Villar del Arzobispo. The ideal profile is that of a creative, proactive, organized, active, well-mannered, and empathetic person—kind yet firm and cheerful—preferably with curriculum support experience, but also capable of providing the user with regulation strategies and resources. The initial work schedule would be: Monday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:15 PM to 8:15 PM, totaling 60 hours per month. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the assistant must accompany the user from Villar to La Eliana for therapy sessions. A personal vehicle is required, along with one of the following qualifications: • Technician in Care for Dependent Persons • Technician in Social Integration • Technician in Auxiliary Nursing Care • Technician in Early Childhood Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology • Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Therapy • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work • Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology • Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy Employment Type: Part-time, Indefinite Contract Expected Hours: 15 hours per week License/Certification: * Driver’s license and personal vehicle (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
