The main responsibility is to operate the loader shovel to ensure a constant flow of materials within the production process. Daily tasks include loading and unloading raw materials, performing visual and mechanical inspections of the machine before each shift, and reporting any anomalies. Basic cleaning and routine equipment maintenance tasks are also part of the role.
Strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations is required; work must be methodical, and clear communication with the team must be maintained. The work pace is dynamic and may vary depending on production demands. Compensation aligns with the sector's collective agreement.

The ability to coordinate effectively within a team and follow technical and procedural instructions precisely will be valued. A proactive attitude toward safety, with full adherence to protocols and regulations, is essential. Candidates must be available for rotating shifts and possess physical fitness suitable for the job’s demands.
