We are looking to hire a **PARALEGAL** to join our legal department. Working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment alongside a team of judicial claims experts, we seek individuals eager to join our company and help improve our clients' personal and financial situations. **Responsibilities:** \- Assist attorneys in all aspects of case management, including filing deadlines, billing, and necessary reminders. \- Coordinate and manage case workload. \- Prepare case summaries/updates and ensure timely compliance with deadlines. \- Organize and maintain all case files and related commitment information, whether electronic or paper-based. \- Conduct necessary research to obtain documentation relevant to the case file. \- Review legal documents within case files. \- Consult with attorneys and provide recommendations on the most cost-effective and efficient ways to achieve client objectives. \- Communicate case status to clients and attorneys as requested. **Requirements:** \- Law degree or currently pursuing a Master’s program for legal practice. \- Experience drafting legal documents and managing case files. \- Experience handling client portfolios. \- Ability to thrive in a high-volume workload environment. \- Organized profile with strong teamwork orientation. \- Proficiency in office software. **Conditions:** \- Excellent working environment. \- Permanent contract / stable position. \- Full-time on-site work in Alcobendas, Monday to Friday. \- Competitive starting base salary. \- Professional growth opportunities. \- Free access to the company gym.
