You will work closely with the various stakeholders involved in maritime activities, participating in voyage scheduling, operational control of vessels, cost analysis, and resource optimization—directly contributing to the company’s operational efficiency. **Are you ready to sail with us?** **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?:** Analyze customer requirements and coordinate operational planning to guarantee supply and prevent stockouts. ️ Coordinate voyage schedules for the fleet operating in the Canary Islands, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring compliance with operational commitments. Prepare cargo loading schedules and coordinate necessary actions with suppliers and external collaborators. ️ Monitor maritime operations, tracking incidents, delays, navigation times, and loading/unloading operations. Analyze and monitor adherence to scheduled transports, identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures. * ️ Ensure delivery deadlines are met and coordinate necessary actions to minimize potential delays. * Track vessel speeds, performance, and fuel consumption for both owned and chartered vessels. * Coordinate and control the fleet’s fuel supply. Prepare reports, statistics, and dashboards related to maritime transportation activities. ️ Analyze and optimize provisions for crew mess rooms, coordinating supplies, suppliers, and port logistics. Monitor financial expenditures associated with crew rotations, verifying budgets and identifying deviations. Analyze fuel procurement conditions, evaluating prices, quality, suppliers, supply ports, and supply opportunities. Identify operational incidents and propose improvement actions contributing to maritime activity efficiency. Knowledge of procedures related to the Integrated Management System applicable to operations. Familiarity with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code. Knowledge of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006\). Understanding of cargo loading/unloading settlement processes. Knowledge of maritime transportation infrastructure and operations. Proficiency in Excel (tables, charts, comparisons), report preparation, and interaction with external suppliers. Knowledge of data protection regulations.
